This Master Class is designed for those who want to enhance and sharpen their negotiation skills. Negotiation lies at the heart of all that we do. Today’s leaders and advisers need to be skilled in preparing for difficult negotiations, understanding personal and corporate motivations and objectives, while being able to explore the underlying issues and be creative in finding solutions.
This workshop will help you work at all levels to manage and resolve really tough situations.
The Master Class will be led by John Sturrock, who is recognised as an international leader in this field and has conducted negotiation training in many sectors, including professional firms, major corporates, public sector organisations, Olympic sports and government departments.
