"Mediation: A New Enlightenment or Damp Squib?"

John Sturrock is guest speaker at Scottish Mediation’s annual general meeting on Wednesday, 24 October in Edinburgh. He will pose some questions:

  • 21st century dispute resolution – how far have we come?
  • Looking back – what do the past 20 years of mediation in Scotland tell us?
  • Assessing the present – what needs to happen now?
  • Looking forward – how can we really bring mediation into the heart of things?
  • The future – cooperation or competition?
