About the Coaches:
Hetty Einzig is a highly experienced leadership coach. She has been coaching women in the corporate and public sectors for over 20 years and delivers leadership programmes around the world in Europe, Asia, North America and Africa, working with global organisations such as HSBC, Mastercard, Bain Consulting, Medtronic, Louis Vuitton and The British Council.
Hetty is a Senior Facilitator with Leader’s Quest, the groundbreaking leadership development organisation, which works with leaders to build a sustainable, equitable world. She also leads a cross-cultural leadership programme for young women leaders from North Africa and Belgium.
Hetty has a Masters in organisational consulting from the Tavistock Institute and is a transpersonal psychotherapist. Formerly a journalist with the Sunday Times, she is a best selling author, keynote speaker and the Editor of Global Perspectives, the magazine of the Association for Coaching. Her forthcoming book “Coaching Comes of Age” will be published in 2017.

Liz Rivers is an expert in women’s leadership. She specialises in coaching women leaders throughout the UK and Europe, especially those who work in traditionally male-dominated sectors.
A former City lawyer, and a highly experienced commercial mediator, Liz teaches her powerful leadership skills around the world – in Hong Kong, West Africa, Australia and Europe – working with internationally known organisations such as the UN, UBS Investment Bank, the World Trade Organisation, Grant Thornton, Said Business School, HM Revenue & Customs, Amnesty International, and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Liz combines over 25 years’ business experience with a profound understanding of psychology and human behaviour, drawn from her deep expertise in psychotherapy, mindfulness and Leadership Embodiment. She is a sought-after speaker at women’s networks including the House of Commons, Accenture, Women in Banking and Finance and Women in Business Law and a frequent expert contributor on BBC Radio.
