Are you ambitious to step up but underselling yourself?
Do you want to make a difference — not just earn a living?
Are you at a transition in your career?

Do you ever feel that you’re…

  • Stuck in a role you’ve outgrown?
  • A leader, but you don’t fit the conventional stereotype – so you keep taking the safe route?
  • Good at your job, but you don’t feel confident inside?
  • Ready to stand out but you’re not sure how to do it?
  • Looking for balance: you love your work and you also want space for your other passions.

You are not alone.

Join Hetty and Liz and meet an inspirational group of like-minded women who share your challenges and dreams. You will see yourself through their eyes and discover what an amazing woman you truly are, leaving with new skills, insights and a strong network. This is an opportunity for you to reflect, recharge and re-energise.

This course is for you if…

  • You’re a senior leader and have already established yourself successfully in at least one career.
  • You’re ready to do more as a leader and looking for a helping hand to get you across the threshold into your next adventure.

You may be a leader within an organisation or running your own entrepreneurial venture.

Women on the programme come from business, professional services, the public sector, NGOs and charities.

You will learn how to:

  • Get clear about the difference you want to make in the world
  • Speak in a compelling way that gets your audience saying “Yes”
  • Find the courage to go beyond your comfort zone and live a bolder, more satisfying life
  • Enjoy power and visibility rather than fearing what it might bring
  • Quickly replenish your energy when you’re feeling depleted so you can both achieve your aims and enjoy the process
  • Confidently step into your true self
  • Find the “solid ground within yourself” which provides your unshakeable core of confidence

How it works:

The workshop is highly practical, combining precious space for reflection with focussed action. Hetty and Liz are known for the high degree of trust they create, allowing you to “drop the mask” and be seen for who you really are, giving you the courage to show more of this out in the world. They then show you how to embody this change so that it is lasting.
